In the heart of Lewisham, NSW, Lewisham Suites is a testament to our project management expertise. We oversaw the adaptive re-use of a 100-year-old building, seamlessly blending its historic exterior with modern interior construction to create 14 boarding room suites. Our role extended to managing the tender process, finding a builder, and administering the construction contract as the superintendent. The result: Maximised yields and breathing new life into tradition.
