In Edgecliff, NSW, our team orchestrated the transformation of an existing building into 800m² of high-end commercial office space. This adaptive re-use project, featuring a billowing curtain wall facade, set a new standard for luxury offices. We were engaged by the developer to coordinate and deliver a development application for the site while a parallel planning proposal was lodged.
