Our role in The Liverpool project in Liverpool, NSW, was pivotal. This mixed-use marvel, featuring 179 apartments, a boutique hotel with 93 suites, and 5800m² of commercial space, demanded complex design coordination. We led the entire consultant team, resolving intricate design challenges and securing multiple construction certificates. Our design management expertise ensured the builder’s vision became a remarkable reality, setting a new standard in Liverpool.
