Our Story
Factor PM is driven by an experienced, accomplished team of passionate experts in their respective fields. Founded in 2011 by Architect Harry Karadimas as a private investment firm, the company transitioned in 2018 to project and design management to assist clientele in the design, management and delivery of projects of an exemplary standard.
Harry Karadimas
Director
As founder of Factor PM, Harry’s expertise lies in the design, team/project management and site elements of complex multi-residential and mixed-use projects. During his decade-long career as a registered Architect at award-winning practices SJB and Cox Architects, he played a lead role in the design and delivery of more than 2,100 apartments for some of Sydney’s most high-profile developers and builders.
With a Master of Architecture, a BA Arts (Arch) and a Certificate IV (Building and Construction) to his name, Harry is recognised for his commitment to clients, their business vision and their projects. His immense energy and unwavering work ethic are accompanied by a sophisticated design and construction sensibility. Harry’s happy place is still on a job site and he never misses an opportunity to get out of the office and into his boots and hard hat.
Bryan Ewe
Assistant Project Manager
A critical thinker and problem solver, Bryan’s professional experience lies in project planning, property development and urban design. Highly motivated with strong attention to detail, he sets out to deliver exceptional built outcomes for clients. Meticulous in all aspects of his role, Bryan works in partnership with clients and in doing so ensures that open and honest communication is at the forefront of everything he does. With the benefit of being multilingual, speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay, Bryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Malaya majoring in Civil Engineering, completing First Class Honours as part of his degree.
Bridie Ryan
Head of Operations
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the company, Bridie is a highly motivated, driven professional with a passion for excellence and a love of beautifully designed buildings. She joined Factor PM in 2022 after 11 years in the education field where she honed her communication and interpersonal skills while highlighting a talent for building relationships and engaging with a variety of stakeholders. Bridie’s ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably is a forte she utilises daily at Factor PM. First and foremost, she believes in open and honest dialogue between all parties, ensuring the aspirations of all stakeholders are achieved.
